Can I reserve a spot next to my friends / family or walking group?

Yes you can. Please make sure you include all camping spots in one booking. Only then you will be assured of a place next to your friends/family or walking group. NOTE: separate reservations cannot be placed together on request. It is therefore not possible to let us know by e-mail or in a comment field. So, before you make a reservation with your group, agree who makes the reservation so that we receive your group booking as 1 reservation. The different types of camping spots cannot be combined.

Can I indicate a preference for a camping spot in advance?

No, unfortunately you can't. The place numbers are assigned and awarded at check-in. We can take into account any preferences at that time, such as a place near the sanitary facilities. The terrain is arranged in such a way that walking distances to sanitary facilities and parking are approximately the same for everyone.

Can I also book a single overnight stay for a guest?

If you have reserved a spot for yourself but friends and/or family would like to support you for a day, it is possible to book a single overnight stay for visitors. A single overnight stay is intended for 1 person per night. If someone wants to stay for 2 nights or if 2 people want to stay for 1 night, you can book 2 single overnight stays for visitors. The visitor must scan their ticket on the day of arrival.

Did you already book but want to add a visitor? You can always book this separately at a later time.

What is the distance to the start and finish location of the Four Days Marches?

The campsite is only 20 minutes by bike from the start and finish location of the Four Days Marches (6.5 km). You can reach the Wedren within twenty minutes by bike via the “Snelbinder”.

Do you offer massage/first aid at the campsite?

Sports masseurs from the Dutch Association for Sports Massage (NGS) are present at the campsite. On all walking days you can be treated in the afternoon and evening.

Can I make changes in my reservation or cancel my booking?

Before May 1 you can make changes or cancel your reservation. You will receive your purchase amount back excluding the previously paid handelingsfee. After May 1 it is no longer possible to cancel (part of) your reservation free of charge. It is always possible to add extra persons, visitors or extra parking tickets.

Please send an email to info@vierdaagsecamping.nl if you would like to cancel your reservation.
