Make sure to book all spots in a single reservation. This is the only way we can guarantee that your group will be placed next to each other. Please note: separate reservations cannot be placed next to each other upon request in advance. Therefore, before making a reservation, coordinate with your group to decide who will handle the booking to ensure we receive your group booking as one single reservation. Additionally, different types of camping spots cannot be combined in the same reservation.
It is not possible to request a specific pitch number or location preference in advance, and such requests cannot be communicated via email. Spot numbers are assigned and provided upon arrival. If you have a preference, such as being near the sanitary facilities, you can mention it during check-in, and we will do our best to accommodate it on-site. The campsite is designed so that walking distances to facilities and parking areas are roughly the same for everyone, regardless of where your spot is located.
The easiest way to get to the Wedren is by bike or bus.
The campsite is located about a 20-minute bike ride from the start and finish location of the Four Days Marches. Using the “Snelbinder” bicycle bridge, you can easily cycle to the Wedren. Bikes can be reserved in advance through our partner Nijmegen Actief.
Breng buses stop just 200 meters from the campsite and take approximately 10 minutes to reach a stop close to the Wedren.
Visit our location page for more information.
To secure your spot, book and pay for your ticket immediately. Once the payment is completed, your booking is final.
Additional persons and/or parking tickets (subject to availability) can still be added separately through our ticket shop even after your payment is complete.
You can cancel your booking free of charge until May 1 (except for the €7 handling fee already paid). To cancel, visit the cancellation page. If you are only canceling only part of your booking, please clearly specify what part you want to cancel in the comments section.
From May 1 onward, cancellations (including partial cancellations) are no longer eligible for a refund, and 100% cancellation fees will apply. This means no money will be refunded under any circumstances.
If you need confirmation of your cancellation for your cancellation insurance, please send us an email after submitting your request.
You can always add extra persons and/or parking tickets (subject to availability). To do so, visit our ticket shop.
Yes, this is possible. For example, do you want a Lodge for 2 people instead of a Cube? Then cancel your Cube booking via our cancellation page. Then make a new reservation for the Lodge yourself. Or, for example, instead of a small pitch without electricity, you want a small pitch with electricity. Then cancel the small pitch without and book a small pitch with electricity yourself.
The funds from the canceled booking minus the transaction fee of €7, - will be back in your account within 10 business days.
If you have already reserved a spot but friends and/or family would like to support you for a day, it is possible to book a single overnight stay for visitors at €17 per person per night.
If someone wants to stay for 2 nights, or if 2 people want to stay for 1 night, you need to book 2 single overnight stays for visitors. The guest can have their ticket scanned on the day of arrival. If you have already booked but need to add extra visitors, you can always book this separately later at the reception.
Please note: A single overnight stay for a visitor does not include a reserved spot on the campsite. We assume that the visitor will fit on the already booked pitch with the main booking or on their own air mattress in the accommodation.
